This is a 12-week (approximately 90 days) course with both online and live 1:1 coaching elements. The curriculum includes four online modules and twelve weekly 1:1 45-minute coaching sessions, which can be conducted by telephone, in person, or via videoconference.

6-week program

individual sessions

If you are uncertain about the long-term commitment of a 6- or 12-week program, individual sessions may be a good option for you. While this option will not afford the same bulk saving discount as the 6- and 12-week programs, it will give you an opportunity to dig deep and begin work without obligation.
